The Anil Industries Katni Pvt.
Ltd., was establised in 14 March, 1982 the firm started off with a production
capacity of
20-25 quintals per day processing Rahar Dall.The earliest markets for the firm were Raipur and Bilaspur(currently in Chhattisgarh).
In 1988 the firms production capacity
was increased to 100 quintals and establishing a second processing plant in 1991.The
firm also tried its hands on a Besan Plant(Gram Flour) for two years and then converted
it to a processing and polishing plant (Pigeon Pea). Gradually, all the plants started
processing Masoor during the early nineties.
During the early nineties,Masoor was a handsome export to the Gulf countries.the year 2000, the firm
again shifted to the processing of Rahar and now has four
different plants processing it. it also established new Gram Polishing plants and also converted the normal
Masoor polishing plant to the same.
Currently it is one of the bests in the entire region
and is known for its quality. The managements no compromises with quality has highly paid off and its brands namely Gulnar, Charminar,
Gold Medal and Sudarshan are recognized as benchmarks in the market. Its turnover recently crossed the mark of
Rs 100 crores.
